The serving provider sets the current offer only. It does not become a hard model-owner allowlist; optional provider constraints stay separate from this selection.

Same-model provider offers can be compared from trusted watched prices. A cross-model migration recommendation also requires public-eligible capability evidence; a cheaper raw offer stays visible but cannot become a recommendation while that evidence is deferred or citation-only.
